 Bill's Four Seater

Here we are cutting one of the rear suspension pivot supports on the mill.

Deciding on the proper seats for this project was what took longer than anything. Here we have some mock-up seats to use so we can start getting the handlebar placment.

With the rear axle housing done we set the ride height and get the suspension supports in place ready for welding.

With four riders in a tight space motor placement is critical. Setting everything in place lets us start to figure out where the jackshaft is going to go.

Seat height is adjustable with these custom seat mounts.

Bryce gets ready to weld one of the suspension mounts.

Luke does some test bends for the handlebars.

With two 1000W motors we decided this machine needed four batteries.

The final seats with mounts and handlebars.

We went with the brightest color we have, Flourescent Orange. Also shown are the front and rear dog-springer attachments.

We made an integrated cargo rack over the batteries.

The batteries are all installed on sleds so they can be easily removed for charging or service.

The various dog-springer attachemnts are all adjustable for the best placement.
