I ride a 2008 red Catrike Expedition. Great exercise. Riding with the CRABS-Crusty Retired All recumBent Society provides excellent social interaction. Enjoy the variety of trails in the beautiful nature of Central Florida - rural, city, and suburbs. On our trails, I ride up hills, through swamps, by city high rises, and homes of many. I stay STRONG and fit with comfort as a 78 year old man. Occasionally, I like to show off speeding past those e-assist, especially going up hills.
