Getting a trike can be a fun and exciting experience, but buying a trike before you've tried it can be nerve wracking. That's why we always recommend coming in to our shop in person and doing a test ride! In this article we explore some of the things involved in visiting Utah Trikes when you aren't local.

Planning Your Visit

Schedule Your Visit

The first step is planning your visit! We recommend making an appointment by either calling or emailing us. This can be extremely helpful if you have a specific model in mind and a specific day you want to visit.

If you don't have an appointment that's just fine! Walk in are welcome! Just note that we are opened 9-5 Monday through Friday and Saturdays are appointment only subject to availability. If you are hoping to visit us on a Saturday we recommend giving us a call at least a month in advance so we can see if can see if there is an availability.

Flying in to visit Utah Trikes

If you live outside of Utah and are planning on flying in to visit us there are two airports near us that you may want to consider.

Salt Lake City International Airport

The first airport you want to consider flying in to is the Salt Lake City International Airport. This airport is Utah's largest airport and flights from all over the world come through here. The airport is about an hour way from us put it gives you more options for places to stay, things to do, and places to eat. If you're planning on making a trip out of your visit to Utah staying in Salt Lake City may be beneficial.

Provo Airport

While Provo Airport may not have as many flights as Salt Lake Airport it is only 15 minutes away from Utah Trikes. Provo Airport has flights through 3 different airlines Breeze, American, and Allegiant. If you're looking to make a quick trip to Utah to visit us at Utah Trikes or you don't want to make the commute from Salt Lake City to Springville, Provo Airport is a great option.

Where to stay

There are multiple place to near Utah Trikes. Some of the closest hotel to us include the Holiday Inn Express and The Best Western Mountain View Inn. If you're looking to stay near the city in Springville or in Provo we recommend the Art City Inn and the Hampton Inn and Suites.

If you decide to stay near Salt Lake City we recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel near the Salt Lake City Airport. This hotel is a great option if you're flying in and out of the Salt Lake City Airport.

Transportation

Since our shop is located in an industrial park we recommend either driving directly to our parking lot, riding a bike from public transit, or taking a ride share here.

Utah has a wide network of public transportation including the UTA buses, Trax lines, and Frontrunner services. If you're staying in the city public transport can be a great assist for getting around during your visit.
